Terms of service
How we arrange and carry out your laundry order.
Ordering with Dr Wash Laundry
Choose a service, then contact us by phone or WhatsApp. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. We confirm your items, final price, completion time and handover arrangements with you before you go ahead.
Services and prices
Everyday Fresh includes washing, drying, ironing and folding, with a minimum charge of GH₵100. This is not a fixed price for a specified quantity. Sneaker Care costs GH₵70 per pair. Bedding Cleaning starts at GH₵100 per set. Express service, drapery, window coverings and special fabric care require a confirmed quote.
Preparing your items
Please empty pockets and tell us about stains, damage, delicate materials and any specific care instructions before handing over your items. Keep care labels attached where possible. Discuss any concern about suitability with us before service begins.
Timing, pickup and delivery
We confirm completion times when discussing your order. Express service is available by arrangement. Pickup and delivery areas, fees and scheduling must be confirmed for each order. The website does not promise free delivery or a fixed turnaround time.
Payments
We accept cash and Mobile Money. Confirm payment timing and payment details directly with Dr Wash Laundry. There is no online checkout on this website.
Changes, cancellations and concerns
Contact us as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel an order. We will check its progress and discuss what is possible. If you have a concern about the service, contact us with your order details so we can review it. See our refund policy for the request process.
Your rights
These terms do not remove rights or remedies that apply under law. Any additional arrangement should be discussed and confirmed with Dr Wash Laundry before you proceed.
