Information used to arrange an order
When you contact us, you may share your name, phone number, service requirements, delivery or pickup address, messages and payment reference. Share only the information needed to arrange your service. Do not send a Mobile Money PIN, password or one-time security code.
Why information is needed
Order information is used to respond to your enquiry, confirm service details, arrange pickup or delivery, communicate about payment and resolve service concerns. Information should only be shared with people or providers who need it for those purposes or where required by law.
Website cookies and tracking
This version of the website has no account registration, advertising trackers, analytics scripts, contact form or online payment collection. Its code does not set cookies or use browser storage. Images, fonts and animation files are served with the website. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information such as IP addresses, browser details and access logs.
Phone, WhatsApp and Mobile Money
Following a contact link opens your phone service or WhatsApp. Those providers process information under their own privacy policies. Mobile Money providers also process payment information under their own terms. This website does not receive your Mobile Money credentials.
